Jiany grew up in Montreal, Canada. His father had always owned and managed real estate for years. Jiany always had the desire to be in the real estate business since the age of 14. After high school, Jiany's first intuition was to buy property back in 1994. After earning three degrees in General business, International Business, and Marketing at FIU, he pursued his education and obtained a Master in information Technology.

After college, Jiany pursue a career in the communication industry. He worked hard, but still he could not find what he truly desired.
